Coalition of the Willing to cloud EAC summit

Following this weeks Heads of States sumit in Kampala, Uganda, we shall witness how Kikwete of Tanzania will cope with the emerging coalition of the willing. In recent days we heard him say that Tanzania will remain a loyal and enduring partner in the EAC. Also the other states will be looking at fast forwarding freeflow of trade, pple and goods and also creation of a political federation. This has been a major bone of contention between member states leading even to a speculation that Kikwete would prefer joining the south.
