Rozay & Hova Team Up Again For “Devil Is A Lie”
Rick Ross' album Mastermind was supposed to be released this year, but obviously that never happened and the album was pushed back to an early 2014 release. To create anticipation for that album, 'Officer Ricky' has released his much anticipated collabo with Jay Z called Devil Is A Lie.
Much like their now classic jam Free Mason, both MC's take turns tackling the issue of success and how nobody seems to accept that a black man can be successful without becoming the devil's advocate. After Rozay talks "big @#$%" on his two verses, Jay Z comes through to once again address all the illuminati talk:
"The devil wants these brothers to hate their own kind / They say it's got to be illuminati if a n***a shine!"
Indeed, the Devil Is A Liar!
